I've considered making them to sell but I assumed I start feeling like it was a job and I'd hate it. Now I just make them for friends and family. I dated a guy with a wrangler. He couldn’t afford to properly have it lifted and whatnot, just a DIY body lift and some big tires. The thing was a hunk of junk... super uncomfortable. Going over speed bumps at anything over a crawl was physically jarring and painful. He would practically slow to a stop for speed bumps.... then, after driving all over the vast mall parking lot and going over a dozen speed bumps, find a tall curb or something stupid so he could drive one tire onto it and park it there so we could walk a mile to the mall. I would says that’s almost impossible. I manage a venue on Long Island and we do (did) tons of these types of events. You have to pay per head. And the food and tables and every exact detail are all planned around the number of attendees. You can’t just suddenly have 50 extra people show up. For starters I'm not sure why it's called 'denatured' alcohol, because you're not doing anything to the actual alcohol molecule. They just throw in additives to make it taste REALLY bad. The idea that denatured alcohol is toxic is a holdover from the prohibition era where Feds spiked industrial alcohol with shit like benzene. Methanol (mentioned in the comment below), in particular, tastes the same as ethanol so people drinking it would just die after a bout of horrible symptoms. And since the main reason for denaturing alcohol is to dissuade people from drinking it, not kill them, it makes more sense to prevent people from wanting to swallow it to begin with, as opposed to ensuring someone who does drink it has a bad time. Now this doesn't mean the additives aren't toxic to some degree, just that they won't kill you.
